ED AMMON

Ed Ammon purchased his Buick Super Convertible, new, in 1950. He drove it with pride as he courted his future wife, Alice. After he and Alice married and started a family, they enjoyed the car mostly around their farm in Albany, Oregon. Eventually, The Ammon's had the car restored by Midway Rod & Custom of Scio, Oregon. Great care was taken to insure that when the restoration was completed, the car would look just as it did in the showroom in 1950 (same colors, etc.). The Ammons both passed away recently, and we are proud to be offering their "pride & joy" at our February 2008 auction.
