Clock shows moderate wear throughout.  The face shows some wear
with a few dings to the outer bezel.  Weights have dings and
scratches.  The pendulum has dings, scrapes and some damage.
The clock case show moderate wear with dings and wear marks.
The bottom section of the clock was broken and has been
repaired.  The clock does not appear to be working.
