Painting is in good overall condition and is signed "G.
Johanson" lower left.  There is a light 2-1/2" scratch and 1"
scratch at top center.  There is a 3/16" chip and a 1/16" chip
to the paint near the center right.  Frame shows some wear and
rub marks.
