The Moser painting is in very good condition.  There appears to
be no in-painting, flaking paint or surface soil.  The painting
is mounted under glass and a few of the high ridges in the oil
have been somewhat flattened from pressing against the glass. 
The frame has some small cracks, chips and repairs.
