The chair and upholstery are in good condition and appear to
have been refinished.  The chair is sturdy and shows light wear
throughout.  There are two 1" long chip repairs on both sides of
the front seat support.  The chair measures 40" H x 27" W x 30"
D and the seat height is 15.5" H.
