The piano has few small chips and dings to the wood, the metal
has a few oxidation spots and the painted finish has some rub
marks.  There is one 7" hairline crack to the soundboard.  A
mouse nest had been removed from the piano and the mice had left
stains on the inside and chewed on part of the action.  The
piano technician who tuned it said it sounds surprisingly well
and the mouse damage does not appear to affect the performance
or the sound.
