At our June 7-9 Auction, We are Proud to be Offering
the Doll & Doll Furniture Collection from
The Estate of Patricia Lingo

Patricia Mae Reed was born in Ontario, Oregon, and graduated from Vale High School.  After high school, she was accepted to Oregon State College (now Oregon State University) and was a dance instructor during that time.  In 1955, she married Carl “Corky” Lingo who was a native of Eugene, Oregon.  They were married in Texas as Corky was in the military and stationed there.  They started their Junction City, Oregon, farm in 1957.  Always an avid collector, Patricia cleared an area in their barn and opened “Lingo’s Sheepbarn Antiques” in 1973.  The store was open seven days a week, and one of the Lingo’s two sons helped run the shop.  It gradually grew to 4,000 square feet and became a popular destination for hard-to-find pieces.  Mrs. Lingo passed away in December.
