INCISED NEW ENGLAND POWDER HORN, dated U.S., 1848, the 12-1/2 inch cow-horn flask decorated with incised heraldic eagle, dog, U.S., rosettes, vine, and 1848 date. The wide end fitted with a turned wood cap secured with brass nails.

  • Condition: Powder horn is in good condition with light surface scratches and wear, there is a small chip to the opening and there is a brass tack missing.
