CHINESE PORCELAIN COVERED BOWL, Famille Rose, having cartouche with birds and a blossoming tree on one side, and an insect, flowers, and foliage on the other; allover design of bats and clouds symbolizing good luck; the fitted lid with figural foo-lion finial. Marked with the Daoguang seal underfoot, (1821-1850). Height 6.25 inches.

  • Condition: 067: The Chinese vessel with slight surface scratches commensurate with age, the lid has edge rub to the lid rim and there are two chips to the rim edge but is in overall good condition, no other visible chips or repairs.
